The Workforce Blueprint
An Employment Lawyer on Your Team.
One Flat Monthly Price
Subscription legal counsel for Utah businesses with 10-50 employees.
Most owners hesitate to call a lawyer over an HR question because they don't want a surprise bill. So they guess, and the guess is what gets them sued. The Workforce Blueprint replaces the billable hour with a flat monthly subscription: unlimited quick questions, guaranteed deliverables, and an employment attorney who already knows your business.
The Math Every Owner Should See
One bad termination, misclassified worker, or mishandled complaint can cost more to defend than a decade of this subscription.
The companies most exposed to employment lawsuits are exactly your size: big enough to have real employees and real disputes, too small to have in-house counsel. Hiring an HR manager runs $70,000 or more a year, and they still can't give legal advice.
For less than you pay per employee for payroll software, you get an actual employment attorney: reviewing your offer letters, answering the "can I fire him?" call before you act, and building the paper trail that wins cases before they're filed.

Why a Subscription Instead of "Unlimited" Cheap Plans?
Deliverables, Not Promises
Cheap "unlimited" plans sell access and hope you never use it. Your agreement obligates me to produce specific work product with a stated turnaround.
A Specialist, Not an Add-On
For a company your size, the lawsuits that hurt are employment lawsuits. This isn't a construction firm with an HR add-on. Employment law is the whole practice.
Counsel Who Knows You
A year-long relationship means we know your handbook, your managers, and your history, so advice is fast, specific, and correct.
Insurance You Actually Use
One prevented misclassification mistake or properly handled termination pays for years of the plan. You're buying the claims that never get filed.
How It Works
Talk to an Attorney
A 15-minute call about your team, your pain points, and which plan actually fits. If none of them do, I'll tell you that too.
We review your existing handbook, offer letters, and contractor agreements so we know what you have and what's exposed. No setup fee.
30-Day Onboarding Review
Ask Before You Act
From then on, you call before the termination, before the write-up, before signing. Deliverables get produced. The timer never runs.

Common Questions
What counts as a "quick question"?
A call, email, or message I can answer in about 15 minutes without reviewing documents or doing research. Most day-to-day HR questions qualify. Anything bigger flows into your plan's deliverables, and I'll always tell you before it does.
What happens if I use up my annual deliverables?
Additional work is billed at published flat rates per letter or review, never open-ended hourly billing. Predictability is the whole point.
Is litigation included?
No plan includes litigation, which is what keeps these prices possible. If you're ever sued, your plan gives you a 10-25% discount off my standard hourly rate, and a lawyer who already knows your business on day one.
Why is founding member pricing limited to five businesses?
Because every subscriber gets a real attorney's attention, not a call center. We cap the roster to protect response times, and the founding rate rewards the businesses that join first. It stays locked as long as you stay subscribed.
